[Book seminar] In Machiavelli’s Theatre: Stories from the Stage of the Political (CriticLab)
U Makijavelijevom teatru: priče sa pozornice političkog [In Machiavelli’s Theatre: Stories from the Stage of the Political] is a theoretically grounded and essayistically articulated study of the relationship between order and freedom. The book examines the emergence, duration, and transformation of political communities, analyzing their institutional forms, historical variations, and internal tensions. At its core lies the thesis that the political rests upon a persistent dynamic between the living substance of a community and the normative form that shapes and structures it.
