Glušac Luka

Luka Glušac is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory, University of Belgrade. He is a member of the Laboratory for Active Citizenship and Democratic Innovations. His research focuses on the intersection of security, human rights and good governance. He has published widely in Serbian and English, including in Human Rights Law Review, Politics and Governance, Journal of Human Rights Practice, Journal of Regional Security, International Journal of Human Rights and Netherlands Quarterly of Human Rights. As an international expert, he has supported the strengthening of parliaments and independent oversight bodies in numerous countries.
