Capacity-Building Workshop Marks the Start of the 2025 RECAS Fellowship
The RECAS scholarship programme, led by IFDT, officially started for 2025 with a capacity-building workshop held on December 20th, bringing together the 2025 scholarship recipients in person in Belgrade and online.
