The research team at the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory, University of Belgrade, invites you to apply to participate in the research ‘Infrastructure of Care and Mutual Aid: Direct Actions Supporting the Student Uprising in Serbia.
The aim of the research is to explore various forms of care and mutual aid through direct solidarity actions during the blockades and protests in Serbia in 2024-2025. We will discuss the types of support you provided and how your actions shaped your daily life and the wider community.
Focus groups will last approximately 90 minutes. They will be held live and online.
If you participated in actions such as donating money, food, and other necessities, organizing accommodation or transport, providing psychological, legal, or medical aid, ensuring safety, and similar, whether in Serbia, the region, or the diaspora – we invite you to apply!
Focus group dates: June 6, 6 PM – live in Belgrade (IFDT, Kraljice Natalije 45), June 7, June 21 and 22, 12 PM – online (Zoom)
All conversations will be audio recorded, but data will remain confidential, and participants’ identities protected. There is no financial compensation for participating in the research.
