On June 15, 2026, a workshop entitled “How to Create Your Own Inventory?” was successfully held at the Children’s Cultural Center Belgrade.
This one-day professional development program was jointly organized by the Laboratory of Educational Theories of the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory (EduLab) and the Children’s Cultural Center Belgrade. The event brought together primary and secondary school teachers from the City of Belgrade. The workshop was led by Dr. Predrag Krstić, Milica Sekulović, and Aleksandar Milanković from the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory (IFDT), in collaboration with Tijana Savičin from the Children’s Cultural Center Belgrade (DKCB).
The main inspiration and foundation for the workshop was the publication Inventory of Education. The aim of the workshop was to highlight the pedagogical value of creating a school inventory as a collective endeavor.
Through examples and discussion, the facilitators and participants explored possible steps and approaches to creating an inventory. Participants were inspired and encouraged to initiate, together with their students, the creation of a unique inventory that reflects the spirit of their school and the children they work with.
At the conclusion of the workshop, participants agreed on the next steps, including the publication of students’ work during the 2026/2027 school year.
