Teaching Assistant and PhD candidate at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, University of Arts in Belgrade (Department of Culture and Media Management), and Research Associate at the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory (Perspect Lab). With over fifteen years of experience in the civil society sector, she is a member of the Steering Board of the Association Independent Cultural Scene of Serbia. As a project manager, she has led and participated in a significant number of domestic and international projects in the fields of culture, with a particular focus on the activation of cultural heritage, digital and analog mapping of informal heritage, and the history of local communities. She has initiated several public advocacy campaigns in the areas of planning and development of deliberative practices in cultural policy. Throughout her media career, she worked for over 10 years as a radio host and in communications. Today, alongside her work in civil society organizations, she serves as a project development consultant. Through her research and theoretical work, she focuses on normative practices in public media and cultural policies, with particular emphasis on the inclusion of and role for civil society in strategic planning and decision-making processes. She is a member of the informal initiative Community of Arts and Culture and serves as the representative of the UNESCO Civil Society Board within the framework of the Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions.
