Nišavić Ivan
Ivan Nišavić is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory, University of Belgrade. He completed his undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral studies in philosophy at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, earning his PhD in 2019 with a dissertation titled Epicurus’ Philosophical Psychology. His primary area of interest is Hellenistic philosophy, with a particular focus on Epicureanism. He also engages with topics in the philosophy of education, ethics, and epistemology.
Since 2023, he has served as editor-in-chief of Kritika: Journal for Philosophy and Social Theory (in Serbian). Additionally, he is a guest lecturer in Philosophy of Adult Education within the Andragogy program at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade.
