[BOOK TALK] Ethics: the theoretical minimum by Nenad Cekić (CriticLab)
“Ethics: the theoretical minimum by Nenad Cekić is a monographic study that provides a comprehensive overview of the basic issues of ethics. This monograph has seven chapters, five of which deal with what the author calls the ‘theoretical minimum’. These chapters delve into concepts, themes, and theories that the author considers foundational for a rigorous understanding of ethics as a philosophical discipline. […] The topic the author deals with is presented in the exemplary tradition of scientific prose. The book is written with clarity, making complex ethical issues accessible to both those with a background in philosophy and readers without such training. Notably, there are no other books in our country that present the basic problems of both traditional and contemporary ethics in such a clear and professional manner”.
