[Open Talks] The Holocaust and Genocides in the 20th Century: Open Lectures (Shoahlab)
The Belgrade University, Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory together with the partners in the project “Introducing the first MA course in Holocaust and Genocide Studies in Serbia”, supported by the US Embassy in Serbia, organizes a series of online open lectures on various themes linked to the history and teaching of the Holocaust, genocides committed in the 20th century, anti-Semitism, anti-Gypsyism and other forms of racism and intolerance.
The lectures will take place online starting from August 21 at 18 P.M. (CET) and are aimed primarily at students of any age and curriculum, at experts, museologists, historians, educators, but also at the general public in Europe and America.
This first cycle of lectures is the beginning of a new initiative of the Institute of Philosophy and Social Theory with the aim of circulating and acquiring new knowledge and creating new networks and forms of collaboration for the study of the Holocaust between institutions, organizations and individuals in Europe and America.
