We are pleased to announce that the new issue of Philosophy and Society (33/2) journal is published. This issue of our journal contains two topics – one on the techno-human condition and the other on the philosophy of culture of Heinrich Rickert – as well as original scientific papers on education, the crisis of wisdom and psychoanalysis, and eutopia and engagement today. In addition, this issue carries over a paper by Lara Končar on the socioeconomic status and the experiences of female seasonal agricultural workers in contemporary Serbia for which she received the Institute of Philosophy and Social Theory’s “Zagorka Golubović” Award for the best engaged research work of young researchers. Finally, this issue of the journal brings two reviews of current books as well as an overview of the Institute of Philosophy and Social Theory’s work.
Filozofija i društvo je recenzirani akademski časopis otvorenog pristupa koji je osnovan 1987. godine od strane pripadnika beogradske Praxis grupe, a koji danas izdaje Institut za filozofiju i društvenu teoriju Univerziteta u Beogradu četiri puta godišnje. Filozofija i društvo obuhvata i predstavlja ključna kretanja u savremenoj teoriji; povrh toga, časopis podstiče istraživanja iz oblasti filozofije, kao i iz humanističkih i društvenih nauka. Od svog osnivanja, časopis Filozofija i društvo primao je radove vodećih međunarodnih intelektualaca: prvi broj časopisa sadržao je radove Albrehta Velmera i Ričarda Berstina, dok skorašnji brojevi časopisa donose radove T. M. Skenlona, Otfrida Hefea, Žan-Luka Mariona, Džudit Batler, Haukea Brunkhorsta, Keneta R. Vestfala, Hansa Berhnarda Šmida, Mauricija Ferarisa, Dana Zahavija, Pola Kobena, kao i drugih renomiranih filozofa i društvenih teoretičara.
Radovi koji su objavljeni u časopisu Filozofija i društvo indeksirani su u: Web of Science (ESCI), Scopus, ERIH PLUS, Philosopher’s Index, EBSCO, PhilPapers, ResearchGate, Genamics JournalSeek, Google Scholar, J-Gate, ProQuest, ReadCube, Europeana Collections, Journal Index i Baidu Scholar.
