Last week, the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory hosted a discussion titled Advancing Standards for Election Integrity on TikTok: Policy Perspectives and Best Practices.
The opening presentation was delivered by Francesca Scapolo, Election Integrity Lead at TikTok, who presented the platform’s approaches and standards in the field of election integrity. The discussion featured Ana Toskić Cvetinović (Partners Serbia), Aleksandra Krstić (Faculty of Political Science, University of Belgrade) and Vujo Ilić (Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory, University of Belgrade).
The event concluded with a discussion with the audience and an exchange of views on the current challenges facing electoral campaigns and political processes in the digital environment.
