The authors of this volume have tried to conceptualize and outline some of the changes faced by the higher education system in Serbia, thus hoping the insights provided herein would provide a basis for understanding the internal dynamics of the “Bologna” process. The reforms and their changes have been such that their proper theoretical and empirical conceptualization can only be made through interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary analyses, which encompass various dimensions of individual, group, social interactions and expectations of the actors involved in this process.
