The application of artificial intelligence in everyday life has not skipped modern forms of work. And just like in other spheres of life, it poses new challenges of realization and protection of fundamental human rights at work. These challenges are generated by the fact that artificial intelligence is increasingly used by employers to automate the process of making numerous decisions on workers’ rights. Such decisions are most often the result of a very non-transparent process, often lacking any objective criteria. In this research, the author detects the key problems of algorithmic decision-making on labor rights, and based on the analysis of current regulations in the Republic of Serbia and the European Union, points to potential legal solutions.
