Velinov Marija

Marija Velinov is a research associate at the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory and a PhD candidate in Art and Media Theory at the University of Arts in Belgrade. She got her bachelor and master’s degree in philosophy at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. Her areas of research interest include the philosophy of Michel Foucault, art and media theory, theoretical considerations of visual documentation and representations of war and suffering, and popular culture.
