Branković Marija
Marija Branković is a research associate at the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory and an associate professor at the Faculty of Media and Communications in Belgrade. Her research focuses on social and political psychology, particularly the psychology of human-animal interactions, social identities, and their psychological foundations in post-conflict societies, as well as the psychological bases and consequences of irrational beliefs. She served as a social psychology ambassador for the European Association of Social Psychology, promoting the benefits of social psychology and contributing to the further international integration of South and East Europe. She is devoted to socially engaged science and to applying scientific insight to create a society that benefits humans, other animals, and the environment.
