Within the Mapping PhDs in the Diaspora project, organized by the Institute of Philosophy and Social Theory, University of Belgrade and supported by the Westminster Foundation for Democracy, we are conducting a survey for all our most educated experts from the diaspora who have obtained or are in the process of obtaining a doctoral degree abroad.
