Glušac Luka
Luka Glušac je viši naučni saradnik Instituta za filozofiju i društvenu teoriju Univerziteta u Beogradu. Član je Laboratorije za aktivno građanstvo i demokratske inovacije. U fokusu njegovih istraživanja je spona bezbednosti, ljudskih prava i dobre uprave. Autor je preko trideset naučnih i stručnih radova, na srpskom i engleskom jeziku. Objavljivao je radove u časopisima poput Human Rights Law Review, Politics and Governance, Journal of Human Rights Practice, Journal of Regional Security, International Journal of Human Rights i Netherlands Quarterly of Human Rights. Kao međunarodni ekspert pomaže jačanje institucija (parlamenata i nezavisnih kontrolnih organa) u različitim državama.
