Massimo La Torre is a professor of philosophy at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad de Catanzaro (Italy). He is an expert in European and international constitutional and public law. He is currently working on the idea of European citizenship, the concept of a constitutional state, with an emphasis on the Weimar German Republic and the role of comparative defense in different legal systems.
