Fabienne Peter is a professor for political philosophy at the University of Warwick. She earned her PhD University of St. Gallen and her habilitation in Economics and Philosophy of Economics, University of Basel, 2004. She specializes in moral and political philosophy, social epistemology, and the philosophy of economics. Her current research interests centre on normativity, especially the intersection between moral and political normativity and epistemic normativity. She has written extensively on legitimacy, democracy, and justice. She has also written on public health ethics, focusing on the relationship between social justice and health inequalities.
